Information Technology Services

The Information Technology faculty is responsible for the IT services provided by the Turku University of Applied Sciences (TUAS).  It is a service faculty, whose most important tasks include the development and maintenance of the information technology infrastructure, as well as securing the safe processing of data. 

Tasks include, among others, installation, maintenance and further development of the classroom equipment intended for teaching purposes and for independent use by students.  Additional responsibilities include providing services requiring information technology expertise, as well as related project services and IT-related procurement.

The TUAS helpdesk service provides support for users of the computer equipment and software located on TUAS premises.
