International Business Management
The International Business programme supports the internationalisation of firms in the Turku region through research, market study, corporate training and promotional activities. Our areas of competence are in managing international business operations, commercialisation of technological innovations and business with emerging and developing markets.
Using our trained and motivated students and teachers with several years of expertise in research and practice of international business, we undertake various projects that support the internationalisation process of our corporate partners.
International Market Research
We offer international market research services. We provide market intelligence on the economic, cultural, political, economic and technological environment of countries that our partners may be interested in. We deliver reliable reports that help firms to make informed decisions on target market selection.
We provide tailor-made training on internationalisation and commercialisation. Our training is delivered through distance learning using the most up to date distance learning technologies. This approach saves our partners travelling time.
Apart from international market research, we also provide supporting services to our partners in the form of segmenting markets, product descriptions and positioning and developing communication materials. We can also offer language support for our internationalising partners.
We offer road show and promotional services to our partners. We support the planning and implementation of trade fairs abroad. All our partners need to decide is which market they want to enter – we find the most appropriate trade shows in which to represent them and bring them feedback on potential partners.
