If you encounter an IT-related problems or you have some feedback/questions, please contact Helpdesk!

You can receive support for IT equipment and software within the facilities of Turku University of Applied Sciences.

 

How do I contact Helpdesk?

!! If you have problems with user ID and passwords, please read this page first!

The easiest way to contact helpdesk is to send email to helpdesk (at) turkuamk.fi

You can also log in to Helpdesk service inside Turku University of Applied Sciences network. Please read more information about the service from Messi. You can download the user instructions for the Help Desk system here: HelpDesk -instructions (PDF).

Helpdesk requests are received 24h per day and the requests are handled on normal work hours.
