My expertise spans human factors, ergonomics and the study of human experience and behaviour. My work covers maritime operations, XR and wearable technologies, user acceptance of technologies including AI, energy use behaviour, sensory profiling and emotional responses to media content. I study perception, emotions and decision-making using experiments, eye tracking, physiological measurements and qualitative methods.
