The ASPOKO project is developing and piloting a training model for customer and patient safety instructors that can be implemented nationwide. The project will identify training and competency needs, train trainers, and pilot the training model in practice. In addition, materials will be produced to support the work of trainers, and plans will be made for the implementation and sustainability of the model.
The goal is to strengthen the client and patient safety expertise of social and health care professionals and to promote the systematic dissemination of safety expertise within organizations.
