The project develops the role of adult education in regional development through Nordic-Baltic cooperation. Participants learn from different national practices and strengthen collaboration between education and working life. Through three international learning events, the project enhances competences, networks, and understanding of the impact of adult education on regional competitiveness..

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competence and cooperation of adult education professionals and to increase understanding of the importance of education in regional development. The activities consist of three international learning events in Latvia, Finland and Estonia.

Participants will examine the role of adult education in the development of the labour market, entrepreneurship and the creative industries. The result will be better skills, stronger networks and new opportunities for cooperation that will support the competitiveness of the regions in the North-Baltic region.
