The project supports the growth of rural food producers by developing products, skills, and cooperation networks. It helps small companies scale up to new markets by leveraging tourism and the service sector. A three-phase approach (innovation, learning, scaling up) includes activities like innovation camps, piloting, and joint marketing. Cross-border cooperation boosts competence, increases visibility for local products, and supports sustainable rural entrepreneurship.
Target groups are small food producers and food sector SMEs. The project results in new products and business models, enhancing competitiveness and vitality across the Central Baltic region.
