Site plan assessment guide for the client
The guide provides guidance on the assessment of site design plans to support the contractor. It contains the essentials for preparing a site plan.
A site plan consists of a report or text part and a plan map. The text part describes the site, its environment, the management tools to be used and how they will be implemented, and the monitoring and maintenance methods. The plan map shows the most important items for site water management and their location on the site.
The guide is divided into three sections: at the beginning there is a summary list of the issues to be checked at heading level, followed by a description of the issues to be checked and finally a list of sources that can be used for the evaluation.
