Leadership and team coaching

Coaching is a goal-oriented, interactive process in which a trained coach helps an individual or group to clarify their thinking, find their own solutions, and develop towards their desired goal. The aim is to support the development, learning, and goal achievement of the individual or group.
Coaching is often used, for example, in situations of organizational change, when work and supervisory roles change, or when there is a recognized need to develop the functioning of the work community.

- Group coaching (2-6 people), 3 x 60 min, 1100 € + VAT 25,5 %, min. 3 coaching sessions recommended.
