Multicultural competence in working life
The training will help you to identify your own preconceptions and learn practical ways to promote equality in your work and organisation.
Content of the training
The training can be delivered as a single workshop or as a series of three workshops. The one-off workshop will focus on the importance of multicultural competence in working life:
- diversity and awareness of preconceptions,
- language awareness and multilingualism, and
- multiculturalism in organisations and anti-racism.
In a series of three workshops, each section is dealt with in a separate workshop. The topics can also be adapted according to the wishes and needs of the participating organisation.
The training can be delivered in Finnish, English or bilingually in both languages.
