EURASHE (European Association of Institutions in Higher Education) is founded in 1990 and it promotes Professional Higher Education (PHE). Three main purposes of the network:
- to promote the interests of PHE at national and European level
- to cooperate internationally on the development of PHE
- to promote internationalisation within its member institutions.
Last year, Turku UAS also joined the European University for Academic Continuing Education (EU.ACE) consortium. The aim is to strengthen cooperation with European higher education institutions in continuous learning, e.g. in continuing education.
