Kehitämme organisaatioiden ja verkostojen vastuullista ja kilpailukykyistä johtamista.
Tutkimus- ja kehittämistoimintamme perustuu tuotantotalouden näkökulmaan organisaatioiden johtamisessa ja kehittämisessä. Tarkastelemme toimintaympäristöjä, joissa projektit, teknologia, data ja yhteistyöverkostot ovat keskeisessä roolissa. Yhdistämme tutkimukseen perustuvan tiedon käytännön kehittämistyöhön ja tuotamme ratkaisuja, jotka tukevat organisaatioiden tavoitteita ja päätöksentekoa.
Tutkimme ja kehitämme erityisesti projektien, verkostojen, toimitusketjujen ja datalähtöisen operatiivisen toiminnan johtamista. Autamme organisaatioita parantamaan suorituskykyään, hyödyntämään teknologiaa tarkoituksenmukaisesti sekä kehittämään toimintaansa pitkäjänteisesti muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä.
Tavoitteenamme on vahvistaa organisaatioiden kilpailukykyä, uudistumiskykyä ja resilienssiä sekä edistää vastuullisia toimintamalleja, jotka tuottavat kestävää arvoa organisaatioille, verkostoille ja yhteiskunnalle.
Autamme organisaatioita hyödyntämään dataa, teknologiaa ja yhteistyötä paremman suorituskyvyn ja kestävän kilpailukyvyn rakentamisessa.

Turun AMK:n projektitoimisto tarjoaa tukea ja ohjausta koko TKI-projektin elinkaaren ajalle. Hankeasiantuntijoillamme on vuosien kokemus ja vahva osaaminen kansallisista ja kansainvälisistä rahoitusohjelmista. Meillä on vuosittain käynnissä yli 200 hanketta, ja TKI-toimintamme sai ulkoista rahoitusta yli 10 miljoonaa euroa.
