The spring’s second joint application for higher education institutions starts on Tuesday March 10 and ends March 24. Turku University of Applied Sciences has 51 Bachelor’s degree programmes and 23 Master’s degree programmes in this call. A total of 2167 study places are available in various fields.

Press Release

The joint application starts on 10 March at 8.00 and ends on 24 March at 15.00. The results of certificate-based selection will be published for applicants by 27 May 2026 and the results of the other selections by 2 July 2026. New students will start their studies in August-September 2026.

The majority of student selections for Bachelor degree studies are made by certificate-based selection for applicants with matriculation examination or initial vocational qualification, or by UAS Exam. The majority of student selections for Master’s degree programmes are made by certificate-based selection based on Bachelor’s degree or a selection test.

Studies at the culture field have a pre-assessment and a separate selection test, which must be returned at the time of application. An exception to this is media studies, where students are selected on the basis of UAS exam and an aptitude test. As a new feature, for some of our Bachelor’s degrees can be selected applicants in this spring’s joint call on the basis of the final results of the Taitaja2026 competition.

Turku University of Applied Sciences has three new degree programmes to a Bachelor’s degree and one Master School course leading to a Master’s degree. These degree programmes are in finnish.
