Good everyday life – a well-being day for families
A well-being event for the whole family fills Skanssi! There will be fun activities for children and useful everyday tips for parents. You will also receive information about the health and well-being services provided by the students of Turku University of Applied Sciences.

Turku University of Applied Sciences and the The Medical Students’ Association of Turku bring inspiring things to experience and see for the whole family to the shopping centre on Saturday, 28 March from 12 noon to 4 pm. Mark the day in your calendar and come and celebrate the well-being day with us!
At the free Good Everyday Life event, children can test their colour vision and strength of effort, take care of their own teddy bear and get to know the fascinating human anatomy. The program also includes face painting, a raffle and much more! The Halinalle mascot has also promised to visit the site.
What does a good everyday life consist of? Parents will receive up-to-date and practical health tips from our students and experts. Information bulletins will be heard, for example, on everyday routines, the effects of nature on well-being, children’s infectious diseases and parenting.

Arrival instructions
The Skanssi shopping centre is located at Skanssinkatu 10, less than five kilometres from the Turku city centre. You can find the event at the western end of the 1st floor of the shopping center, next to the Espresso House. See more detailed arrival instructions on the Skanssi website.

The Good Everyday Life event is organised by the Faculty of Health and Well-being at Turku University of Applied Sciences in cooperation the Medical Students’ Association of Turku, the Heart Association of South-West Finland, the Sports Services of the City of Turku and the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland.
The sponsors are Suomalainen Kirjakauppa, Normal and Jesper Junior. The day will be hosted by Lassi Lähteenmäki.
The event is free of charge and accessible.
