The project aims to support SMEs in the service sector in developing an inclusive work culture, everyday innovations that promote well-being and productivity, and the use of artificial intelligence to improve well-being and productivity. The tools will be workshops that apply the potential of service design, work design and AI in a way that is tailored to the needs of the company. In addition, information sessions will be organised on topics requested by companies.
