In the JASU project, we develop continuous learning in oral health to meet changing workforce needs. We create flexible learning paths from vocational education and working life to higher education. The project brings together education providers, working life and experts through co-creation. Our goal is to strengthen skills, career development and workforce availability in oral health care.
The JASU project focuses on developing continuous learning in oral health care in response to changing skills and workforce needs. The project designs and pilots flexible learning paths and pathway studies that support transitions from vocational education and working life to higher education.
The target groups include students, employed and unemployed professionals, and those changing roles within oral health care. The work is carried out through close cooperation between education providers, working life and experts, following co-creation principles.
In addition, the project develops a continuous learning study offering, strengthens study guidance, and advances health technology and digital skills in oral health care. The aim is to support skills development, career progression, and improve workforce availability at regional and national levels.
